Agrifac’s story begins in 1938 in the small town of Steenwijk, the Netherlands. Founded by a group of visionary farmers, the company started as a modest enterprise focused on building efficient agricultural machinery. The goal was simple: help farmers achieve more with less, ensuring maximum yields and capicity for generations to come. Today, with a world-record spraying capacity in our trophy cabinet, our focus has shifted to ensuring top crop health in every field around the globe.
Our first major breakthrough came in the 1950s with the introduction of trailed crop sprayers. Innovation didn’t stop there. In the 1980s, Agrifac introduced the first self-propelled crop sprayer, transforming the industry. Its unique StabiloPlus chassis delivered unmatched stability, even on uneven terrain. After some minor refinements, it remains the most stable chassis in the world to this day.
