Agrifac’s HighTechAirPlus system ensures the best crop coverage, a wider spray window and consistent performance in all weather conditions. By combining traditional spraying with air assistance and direct mixing in the nozzle holders, it delivers a constant, adjustable droplet size, all controlled effortlessly from the cab. There’s no need to leave the cab to change nozzles anymore.

With both air and liquid travelling through the same nozzle, HighTechAirPlus provides a reliable droplet size that automatically adapts to your speed and conditions. Whether accelerating or slowing down, the balance between air and liquid pressure maintains precision, even in variable weather.

Thanks to stepless adjustment from very fine to coarse droplets, you’ll always spray with the optimal size for perfect coverage and better results.

HighTechAirPlus supports application rates from 50 to 225 liters per hectare, with independent control over both droplet size and spray volume. Water pressure regulates the application rate, while air pressure precisely manages droplet size.

At the heart of the system is a uniquely designed nozzle that enables exact coordination between air and liquid flow. This precise interaction delivers a broad and flexible range of application rates and droplet sizes, always within the optimal spectrum for effective spraying. Whether you’re working with standard 3-meter sections, 1.5-meter mini-sections or individually controlled nozzles, HighTechAirPlus ensures maximum precision, performance and efficiency.

As a result, farmers gain more control over coverage and drift reduction, even under challenging spraying conditions.
