In the region around Kalná nad Hronom, Slovakia, Donau Farm shows what modern crop protection looks like in real field conditions. As part of the Donau Farm Group, the operation manages more than 15.000 hectares locally and over 30.000 hectares nationwide. Every hectare is backed by expertise, data and smart technology with one clear goal: efficient, future focused farming. Here, sustainability, precision and performance are not just targets on paper. They are daily practice in the field.

Becken Agrar GmbH
Markus Tietjen, a driving force behind the family-run Becken Agrar GmbH, is transforming modern agriculture on their extensive farm in Loxstedt, Northern Germany. Located in a dairy-rich region where large-scale farming exceeds the capacity of individual operators, Markus is on a mission to raise the bar in agricultural contracting.

Zemedelská Spolecnost
Zemedelská Společnost, located between Mělník and Mladá Boleslav in the Czech Republic, cultivates approximately 900 hectares of cereals and root crops, including wheat, rapeseed, sugar beet and barley, on challenging, hilly terrain. With their previous sprayer nearing the end of its lifecycle, the seven-member team consulted their experienced agronomist and mechanical engineer to determine the best upgrade.

Westerhalm B.V.
Welcome to Frank de Schutter’s arable farm in the northern part of the Netherlands. Established in 1970 when his grandfather relocated to the region, the farm has since evolved into a thriving business. Frank, born and raised on the farm, took over the reins a few years ago. Today, the operation spans 250 hectares, focusing primarily on seed potatoes, sugar beets, grain and fiber hemp. In collaboration with a neighboring farmer, they also grow onions.

W.H. Gittins & Sons
Meet Sam Dutton and Steven Forbes from W.H. Gittins & Sons in the United Kingdom. Sam plays a pivotal role in overseeing key operations, including the digester, ground source system, drying floors and solar initiatives. The integration of the Condor Vanguard into their farming practices has delivered remarkable results, reflecting the innovative direction led by Sam and the team.

Rethus Broadacre
Tim Rethus is a grain grower based in Horsham, Australia, where he runs Rethus Broadacre alongside his father and brother. Together, they represent the third generation of farmers in the area, growing a variety of rain-fed crops. The team also includes three full-time employees, with clearly defined roles: Tim’s brother specializes in seeding, Tim manages all the spraying and during harvest, he teams up with his father to get the job done.
