You really must see it to believe it!

Zemedelská Společnost, located between Mělník and Mladá Boleslav in the Czech Republic, cultivates approximately 900 hectares of cereals and root crops, including wheat, rapeseed, sugar beet and barley, on challenging, hilly terrain. With their previous sprayer nearing the end of its lifecycle, the seven-member team consulted their experienced agronomist and mechanical engineer to determine the best upgrade.

Enhancing operations with Agrifac’s MountainMaster

Their former sprayer from another brand struggled with power and performance, especially when it came to efficiently treating crops within the ideal spray window. Looking to upgrade to a higher-class self-propelled sprayer, the team found that the Agrifac Condor with MountainMaster option met every requirement: enhanced power, greater capacity and boom width, slope leveling capabilities, superior spray quality and improved operator comfort.

Reducing drift, increasing brand loyalty

With their new Agrifac Condor with MountainMaster, the team at Zemedelská Společnost can now treat crops at precisely the right moment, ensuring timely regulation and herbicide protection across all crop types. Thanks to the integration of Agrifac’s HighTechAirPlus (HTA) drift reduction solution, they can confidently spray even in less favorable weather conditions.

By rotating the triplet nozzle bodies, Sprayer Operator Miroslav Vorlíček can choose to work with each nozzle at 25 cm or 50 cm when using HTA. “With HighTechAirPlus, I can adjust the droplet size based on changing wind conditions, right from the cab using a simple rotary command,” Miroslav explains. “The stainless-steel nozzle, air-assisted and electronically controlled, can apply between 50 and 500 liters per hectare. That’s a huge step forward compared to our previous sprayers. You really must see it to believe it!” he explains.

Seeing is believing

As the Condor with MountainMaster levels itself against the hillside, its capabilities become immediately clear. “You can see the rear wheel fully retracted to compensate for the incline. It can level itself up to 25% on a slope and it does this automatically, in real time,” Miroslav explains. “For me as the operator and for the quality of the application, this machine knows exactly what to do. The system is absolutely amazing!” he says.

It’s truly top-notch!

After completing a full season with the Condor with MountainMaster, the team confidently calls it their ideal machine. “It adapts accurately to both soil and weather conditions during spraying and it’s incredibly easy to operate. Everything, from the cabin layout to the valves, is within reach from the driver’s seat. There’s nothing to worry about. It’s truly top-notch.” the team states.
