Designed and patented in 1986, the Agrifac StabiloPlus chassis is a testament to precision engineering, prioritizing stability and comfort, even on the most challenging terrain. This robust foundation distributes weight evenly across all four wheels, ensuring maximum stability, optimal traction and minimal ground pressure.
An advanced air suspension system with automatic height control further enhances operator comfort, providing a smooth ride while keeping the boom perfectly positioned. The track width adjustment adds extra flexibility. Depending on the model, track widths can vary from 150 to 225 cm, 225 to 300 cm, or even 190 to 461 cm on the Endurance 80. All models include a 100 cm track width adjustment as standard.
The suspension and balanced chassis effectively absorb shocks and vertical movements caused by uneven terrain, preventing these forces from reaching the boom and the cab. The even weight distribution reduces ground pressure and limits soil compaction.

Great innovations often begin with a simple idea. For Agrifac, one of our most groundbreaking developments, the StabiloPlus chassis, started in the most unexpected way.
Years ago, Agrifac engineer Doeko Blaauw was visiting a customer. As they discussed the challenges of maintaining sprayer stability on uneven terrain, Doeko listened closely. He witnessed firsthand how existing machines struggled with balance, leading to unnecessary wear, driver discomfort and inefficiencies in the field. In that moment, he grabbed a nearby cigar package and sketched an idea on it.
Today, this revolutionary system keeps every Agrifac sprayer perfectly balanced, ensuring optimal weight distribution, eliminating boom sway and delivering a smoother, more controlled ride. What began as an idea on a cigar package is now an industry standard, proving that true innovation often comes from listening, observing and thinking differently.
